Our Story
Stratista™ was founded on a simple belief: that the best consulting relationships feel less like vendor contracts and more like genuine partnerships. We bring the rigor of global strategy with the warmth of a firm that truly invests in your success.
Our partners have led operations spanning five continents, advised boards at the world's most complex organizations, and built a firm where diversity of thought is our greatest asset.
"Strategy without execution is just imagination. We make both happen."
"The most powerful thing we do is ask the question no one else thought to ask."

Meet the Founder
"The best organizations don't just have great strategies — they have leaders who know how to make them real."
Victoria De La Torre Gans is a global operations and strategy executive with more than 30 years of experience transforming complex, fast-moving organizations into high-performing, mission-driven enterprises. She founded Stratista™ on a simple premise: that rigorous strategy and genuine human partnership are not in conflict — they are, in fact, inseparable.
Her career spans some of the most ambitious operational challenges in global healthcare. She has led a $500M P&L across 100+ clinical sites in 5 states and 7 countries — overseeing everything from M&A integration and site construction to IT deployment and clinical scheduling for more than 500,000 patient lives. She has directed a $2B enterprise transformation initiative spanning 250+ centers across 18 states, while simultaneously architecting a next-generation, tech-enabled clinical platform from the ground up — scaling it to 80 fully deployed sites, enabling access for 4,000+ patients annually, and supporting a $117M revenue trajectory. That work included developing an AI-powered mobile diagnostic application in collaboration with clinical specialists, securing FDA clearance for a patent-pending device, and building the full operational, regulatory, and payer-aligned infrastructure that established the foundation for SaaS and white-label commercialization — backed by $75M in private equity. At a Fortune 200 health system, she turned the most underperforming hospital in the market from –$3M to +$21M EBITDA in a single year.
Earlier in her career, Victoria spent five years at a leading academic medical center and its nationally recognized cancer program — contributing to $2.6 billion in revenue through service line growth, physician practice acquisitions, and the creation of enterprise-wide referral and analytics infrastructure. She is known for bridging clinical, operational, and product teams; for designing systems that scale; and for recruiting and developing talent that outperforms.
A Miami native educated at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, Florida International University, and the University of Miami — where she earned her MBA — Victoria is Six Sigma Champion certified, a PMP credential holder, and fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She brings to every engagement the same standard she has held throughout her career: clarity of vision, precision in execution, and an unwavering commitment to results that last.
What We Do
Every service Stratista™ offers is grounded in firsthand, enterprise-level execution — not theory. We specialize in scaling tech-enabled platforms, integrating digital tools into complex operations, and turning ambitious ideas into aligned, data-driven engines of execution.
Before you can execute, you need to know where you're going — and why. We work at the highest level of strategic decision-making: defining market opportunity, shaping competitive positioning, building the business case for expansion, and designing the multi-year growth architecture that guides everything downstream. This is board-room and C-suite work — the kind of rigorous, analytically grounded strategic planning that determines which markets to enter, which to exit, where to invest, and how to structure the organization to win. We've built the investment theses and business plans that secured $75M in private equity, designed multi-country expansion frameworks spanning 5 states and 7 countries, and developed the corporate strategy that turned a struggling market position into a dominant one.
We redesign how complex organizations operate — building scalable, data-driven operating models that eliminate inefficiency and elevate performance across every function. Our work has spanned 100+ clinical and operational sites across multiple states and countries, overseeing everything from workforce planning and scheduling optimization to supply chain, revenue cycle, credentialing, compliance, and customer experience. We design enterprise-wide SOPs, KPI dashboards, and governance frameworks that don't just set the standard — they hold it. Six Sigma Champion and PMP-credentialed, we bring structured methodology to every engagement.
A deal is only as successful as its integration. We lead the full operational lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions — from due diligence and deal structuring through seamless post-merger execution. We've integrated 12 emergency clinic acquisitions with zero downtime, led multi-state oncology center consolidations across 250+ sites, navigated the acquisition of a Radiation Oncology Center, and executed Women's Center restructurings — all while maintaining quality standards, staff continuity, and financial performance. We make integrations invisible to the end customer and transformative to the bottom line.
We help PE-backed organizations and investment firms build the operational and strategic infrastructure that drives returns. Our track record includes developing the economic value proposition and business plans that secured $75M from KKR and Bain for a novel clinical platform — navigating regulatory approvals, trademark and copyright protection, FDA clearance strategy, and commercial go-to-market execution from concept to market deployment. For portfolio companies, we design the operational frameworks and performance systems that prepare organizations for growth, scale, and exit.
We don't just advise on digital health — we've built it. As the architect and program lead of Skinviva™, a first-of-its-kind, end-to-end non-melanoma skin cancer treatment platform, we took a concept from pilot to 80 fully deployed, certified sites treating 4,000+ patients annually and supporting a $117M revenue trajectory. Every layer of the platform was designed, operationalized, and scaled under our leadership — including:
Beyond this platform, we've led national telehealth buildouts that increased patient access by 50%, deployed enterprise EHR and IT systems across 100+ sites, and built CRM and digital access infrastructure that increased referral rates by 70% and improved customer experience by 35%. We bring a rare blend of clinical literacy, product-minded operational leadership, and enterprise-level execution — bridging clinical, operational, and engineering teams to commercialize innovative technologies at scale.
Sometimes the most valuable thing an organization can access is a trusted outside voice with no internal agenda and deep enterprise experience. We serve as strategic advisors and thought partners to CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and boards — bringing the perspective of someone who has sat in the room, led the turnaround, and delivered under pressure. We've served on governing boards and steering committees, turned a –$3M EBITDA hospital into a $21M performer in a single year at Tenet Healthcare (Fortune 200, #170), and advised health system leaders through some of their most consequential decisions. We don't just advise — we engage.
Once the strategy is set, the real work begins — making the market believe in it. This service is about commercial execution: how you show up, how you sell, and how you build the revenue engine that sustains growth. We design and activate the full commercial stack — brand identity and messaging, integrated marketing campaigns, sales infrastructure and playbooks, customer and referrer engagement programs, and the CRM and analytics systems that turn activity into measurable revenue. This is hands-on, market-facing work, not slide decks.
We've built brand programs from zero, activated national multi-channel campaigns, stood up call center and patient navigation operations, developed content and collateral libraries that scale, and executed payer value proposition pilots that unlocked reimbursement and market access. The results speak: 40% growth in market share in underserved regions, 70% increase in referral rates through targeted CRM infrastructure, and commercial launches that drove both volume and long-term loyalty. If Service 01 is about deciding where to play — this is how you win once you get there.
How We Work
Deep listening, stakeholder interviews, and diagnostic assessment to understand the real challenge — not just the presenting one.
Co-creating strategy, SOPs, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps alongside your team — not handing down documents from on high.
Embedded, hands-on execution support — because we've learned that the distance between strategy and results is always operational.
KPI dashboards, training programs, and capability building so your organization owns the change — and keeps improving — long after we leave.
